There will be an online Board Meeting on Monday night at 6.30 pm via ZOOM. All board members are asked to download the free version of Zoom onto their computer or laptop prior to Monday afternoon. Just follow the prompts and accept the free version. If you have trouble please contact me. I will set up a scheduled meeting for 6.30 pm Monday night and send you all the code to enter the meeting.
Although we have been in recess since the last board meeting, I would like a written report from all directors , emailed to secretary Melissa before the meeting so we do not have to spend too much time listening to reports. I will send out an agenda on Monday morning. Click on this link:

All members should download Zoom as I anticipate that we will be having a full club online Zoom meeting on Monday 27th April.
One of my pet projects this year is to purchase a Shelterbox through donations from the "Bird'. There has been a shoutut for shelterboxes for Vanuatu since Cyclone Harold. Now that we are not contributing to the 'Bird' at present... please think of other ways we can contribute to the shelterbox project so we can purchase one as soon as possible.
