Important Weekend Autumn Race Day this Weekend
It will be all hands to the task this weekend at Ballandean Estate Wines for our Rotary Charity Event Autumn Race Day.
Saturday 1st May Set Up and Sunday 2nd May Autumn Race Day Event (which has been two years in the making) This our Event instead of Opera this year.
9am is the time Leeanne suggested for us to turn up on both days. Bring a plate of food to share if you have something available for Saturday. There will be a BBQ for the helpers. It will be a lot of fun, but busy. If your name wasn’t on the list and you can help, please come along.
Traffic Hazard
Please note that Eukey Road is a quicker option to get to Ballandean. There are up to 5 traffic light stops on the main highway due to the road works. This means about 15 minutes longer journey from Stanthorpe to Ballandean if you get all the Red light stops.
Gifts
If you had a gift that was not collected or taken to John’s shop, please bring it along.
The multi-draw collection of prizes and the Punter prizes look great.
