Last Monday the average age of attendees was dropped considerably by the attendance at our meeting of Jeremy Lister, Lily Banasiak, Marie Corna and Matthew Bonner- great to have these young people along. Ann Richardson was very well organised and gave us a rundown on what we need to do for Spooky Walk next week. I will send out Ann's running sheet/ roster as an email attachment as I think you may have to lie down to read it if I attach it here. Please note this roster is not exclusive and if your name is not there please let Ann know where you can help or just turn up and do it.
As a result of the effort needed for Spooky Walk there will be no meeting next Monday 5th Nov.There is also no meeting on the following Monday 12th Nov as we have, instead, the option of attending the Polio Fundraising movie "Bohemian Rhapsody" in either Warwick on 1st Nov or Tenterfield on 7th Nov. I have added a poster with the Warwick details below but you will also have received an email from President Kim who is coordinating attendance at this venue. Please let Kim know who is going to Warwick so he can give them names for tickets to be picked up in the foyer. The poster about the Tenterfield event has been attached for several weeks now and you are reminded that Tenterfield is on daylight saving time.
The Border Post this week photographed members of the three local service clubs with a big cheque representing the total of $16302.31 raised by our combined event for Drought Relief. Well done to all concerned, especially Community Service Chair, Alec and Treasurer Peter.

A reminder that Rotary is partnering Amiens History Association in their Remembrance Day Event as advertised in the Flyer below. We will be needing volunteers to help with the burger trailer as well as parking. As there is no meeting between now and then could you please let Alec known if you can help on the 11th Nov.
