A small but industrious group produced 207 bottles of preserves from produce donated by Aldi to the Stanthorpe Food Support Scheme. A to-die- for Blueberry Jam was high on the favs list. Tomato relish and Marmalade were made in the bulk commercial cookers by David- this meant we were finished by lunchtime! A new product was Lemon Carrot Glazing Sauce - a fabulous addition to brazed chicken fillets.  Thank you to Ros and David for your hospitality and expertise in supporting the Pantry Project.
